Luxury beach villa located at Diani Beach near the beach with private pool. The villa is located at Diani Beach, ca 35 km south of Mombasa in Kenya.


Diani Beach is a beautiful coastal beach resort where you can find approximately 20 tourist hotels and 300 private villas.

This villla is surrounded by a tropical garden of 4500 sq,mtr. Although the object has a lot of privacy there are more holiday houses nearby. The distance to the beach is 500 metres.

The house measures ca 250 m2 and has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath room and dressing room. All bedrooms have airconditioning and fans.

The house has been built in the traditional coastal style, which means a lot of woodcarvings and a makuti roof made out of palm leaves.

Next to the pool there is a separate pavillion with the dining area and an extra sitting area.

The pool measure ca 10 x 4 metre and is all tiled. Of course there is a filter and pump unit with the pool.

On the premises you will find a carport for two cars, a separate house for the cook/housekeeper and a workshed.

The garden is mature with several palm species and other tropical plants and trees.

Nearby you can find an 18 hole golf course, perfect hospital, supermarkets, banks, hotels and restaurants.

Less than one hour’s drive you can visit the Shimba Hills, where you can spot a lot of wild animals.
